EssayLift is committed to protecting your privacy at all times. The information we collect is used only to process orders and to provide a more personalized experience. We have implemented many security policies to ensure all customer information is kept confidential.

How do we use the information we collect?
When ordering a service, EssayLift users are asked to fill out a form providing their name, address and e-mail address, as well as other demographic information. This information is used solely to process orders and will never be sold or used for purposes other than for order fulfillment.

Tell a Friend
Our service referral service allows EssayLift users to recommend us to a friend via email. We automatically send that friend a one-time email with an invitation to the site. EssayLift does not otherwise store this information or use it in any way other than for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

Log Files
EssayLift automatically logs user IP addresses, browser types and access times to conduct site performance evaluations and to better serve our customers. Log files are not tied to any personally identifiable information.

Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information that your browser stores on your hard drive that identify users when they enter a website. We use cookies to enable your browser to remember login information when entering the site. If the browser has been set to reject cookies, EssayLift cannot identify the user when he or she enters and the user will need to manually type in the username and password.

Communication
From time to time we may send out email messages alerting members of service updates, promotional offers and essay-writing resources. All emails and communication are private and will be kept confidential.
